Lesson 3.50: June 14, Auburn, Alabama

Driving to Florida is a long drive, especially with a 1 year old. During our stop in Auburn for lunch, we discovered a fantastic wooden park that will definitely make our list of places to stop whenever we go through the area. Jonah had a great time running around and getting out all of his pent up energy from sitting in the car all morning long.

So this was only the first level of the playground. Once you climbed up the stairs, there was a whole other level of playground awesomeness! And an area for just toddlers, but it took us a while to discover that area.

This is the view from the toddler play area looking up at part of the big kids area.

There was so much to explore!

And sometimes we just needed to sit down and watch the other kids have fun.

These bells were so loud I bet they woke Daddy from his nap.

It's amazing how often a child can go in and out of a tunnel.

Exploring our country roots.

He got pretty good at walking on the bridge.

In the kids area they decorated the sidewalk to look like a road. Notice the tiger tracks on the road.

Daddy took Jonah down the slide after his nap.

After all that fun, it was back in the car. Next stop: Navarre, Florida!!
